We initially bought our property from Grant and found him to be very professional and pleasant to deal with. So when the time came to sell he was the first we approached to discuss the current market. You will read on his reviews that he has a lot of repeat business, some clients using him 3 or 4 times. Grant will explain things in detail, will identify the potential buyers for your house but work on all leads as they present. He’s also very punctual for the open houses, leaves things tidy and promptly gives feedback. We sold at auction and overall happy with the outcome.
