I knew Grant would be an excellent choice when we decided to put our house on the market. He gave us a realistic appraisal and great marketing plan. He hosted several open houses and kept me posted on all progress. He sold our house with the right price to the highest bidder. The process was very efficient and quick. I would highly recommend Grant to anyone, he is the best!

Simon provided fair valuation with plenty of information about how and why the expected sale price was achievable. He spent time to listen (so rare these days) and understand questions and suggestions from us as vendors. His focus was not to pre-empt the buyer (developer, renovator, new family) but to look for a buyer that could truly see the potential of the property being offered. I find Simon a very genuine, honest and open person and was very happy with the process throughout. Many thanks! Would be most happy to recommend to anyone.

I wish to thank Simon for his honesty and his assistance in the purchase of our new property. His market knowledge of the area was evident,as was his enthusiasm. Whilst working hard for the vendor ,he worked hard on our behalf as the purchasers to achieve a fair result for both parties.I would have no hesitation in recommending or using Simon to any future vendors.

Buying a house on rising market is a very exciting and stressful experience. We went through numerous houses for nearly half a year before we found our dream home. We just couldn't wait anymore and came forward with an offer before auction. Grant provided us with a lot of support and his professional advice to help our dream to come true. He is an honest, knowledgeable and reliable agent, and really nice person. We are very happy with our experience and grateful for this opportunity. Thank you, Grant!
