My parents have been contemplating downsizing for 5 years now & unlike others, Simon didn't push, he didn't try & force them, he let them go at their own (admittedly slow) pace. He listened to their concerns & gave actual honest advice when asked. He was communicative, explained everything clearly, & always made time to see them if they needed him (which considering their place was on the lower price side for the area was appreciated). Couldn't recommend him enough.

Simon had sold a house for a friend of my daughters with great results. And she had said, "Dad, don't sign with anyone until you talk to Simon". Best advice I had. If you live in Kellyville and are thinking of selling, talk to the other agents, but don't sign with any until you've talked to Shire's Simon and his offsider Luke.
