A competent, results-oriented approach.

I have used the services of Shoemark Real Estate in Braidwood to sell three properties. Firstly to consolidate and sell rural land excess to my then needs and most recently to sell my home and 40 acre block of thirty years. I have found their knowledge of the local market and their ability to understand my needs has on all occasions resulted in my getting good prices. The marketing strategy was always spot on, and there was never a problem identifying and attracting suitable buyers. Harry Shoemark was the most recent of the Shoemark Real Estate agents I worked with and was relatively new to the Real Estate business when he took on my property. It wasn’t a straightforward sale because we encountered several unforeseeable issues along the way. This necessitated dealing with the NSW government in relation to historic title issues as well as taking on board the impact of the development of a solar farm on neighboring land. Harry dealt with these issues with honesty and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
