Ryan appreciates that working for the vendor also incorporates satisfying buyer's requirements. From the get go, Ryan was open and honest. Worked with us, at our pace. The negotiation process was not daunting because there was no fluff. Ryan isn't 'Mr Slick" - from my exprience, he does a good honest job, a nice guy. Thanks for understanding the dance Ryan, no toes were stepped on and we danced our way to a wonderful home. Having had a very bad experience with a prior agent we apprehensively entered into discussions with Ryan. After speaking with Ryan we felt comfortable and confident he could provide for our needs. Ryan developed a progressive marketing strategy which he openly discussed with us every time he was looking to adjust keeping us well informed. Every time we rang or contacted Ryan he was very quick to respond and address any concerns we had. As for having potential buyers through the property i can only state he far exceeded anything the prior agent could achieve. The advantage of engaging Ryan is the personal appeal where you engage and deal with Ryan and not handed of to numerous other agents allowing Ryan to be aware of the circumstances at all times.
