Scott used his extensive knowledge of City Beach and its people to broker a deal. He knew people who would want a property like mine (not 100% standard) and brought them to me. The deal struck was fair to all parties and the interactions between us all were seamless. My take is that the buyer is just as happy as I was (as the seller).
