Shores have managed my property for over 10years. They have always been highly efficient and affective managers of my property. They manage it as if it was their own. Despite the changeover of tenants of these many years, the property has never been vacant. All their team are excellent managers and communicator with both me and the tenants - this was no more obvious than during the difficult times for both tenants and landlords at the peak of COVID. Their local knowledge of the areas rental market (and the sales market) is incredible and their access to local reasonably priced, reliable tradespeople for repairs and maintenance is second to none.
