We first encountered Steph when we purchased our property and at that time, after being jaded by dealing with a lot of sub-par agents, we were blown away by Steph's skills, industry knowledge, honesty and compassion. Hence, when we made the decision to sell our house, Steph was the only agent we wanted to use for the sale. It was a decision that has paid off for us. Steph has been fantastic to deal with throughout the sale process. Firstly, Steph has a huge depth of knowledge on the market and what is required to prepare a house for sale. Steph was supportive and understanding as we went through the sometimes stressful process of getting our house ready. She was always available to bounce ideas off, always gave her straight up opinions on things and often went above and beyond in helping with the preparations. Secondly, with her intricate knowledge of the market and experience in selling houses, Steph was able to compile a marketing strategy for us that maximised our opportunities to obtain the best price for our house, but which also stayed true to our brief that we wanted to be honest and up front in our dealings with purchasers and avoid a situation where we were playing people off against each other during the negotiations. Finally, post sale and pre-settlement, Steph has remained as attentive as ever. We don't feel that we have dropped in priority simply because a sale contract has been signed. Steph has been available whenever we needed her. If we are in a position to sell a property again, we will not hesitate to contact Steph to act as our agent. We highly recommend her services.
