Her suggestions on how to get the house ready for the market were very practical, and she went out of her way to get me the help I needed. Throughout the preparation, campaign, sale and post-sale admin, Shores functioned very well as a team. The 5-week campaign went well, with a great deal of feedback and transparency throughout. It’s in reading people and negotiating that Steph came into her own though....and we were very pleased with the sale. I cannot recommend Steph and Shores more highly.

We had sold our family home and were wishing to downsize. We only wanted a certain street and wanted to be able to walk to Avalon shops etc. Most of the agents we spoke to said it was "virtually impossible" except Stephanie. We left our brief with her and then the phone call came - she may have something for us. She arranged a viewing, came back to us quickly with answers to several questions and the deal was negotiated to mutual satisfaction, signed off all in a matter of weeks.
