We picked Showcase on the basis of track record of sales in the local area. Margot and Michael were very sensitive to the needs of my mother who after being in the one home for 48 years decided the time had come to downsize. They gave us good advise on preparing the house for sale and provided good contacts who were able to get the jobs done quickly that needed to be done to improve the buying potential of the house. The property was only on the market for a few short weeks when we had an offer that was in our range. We were very happy with the outcome and the fact that they didn't mind the extended settlement that we needed to ensure mum only moved once. All in all the whole process of putting the house on the market until settlement has been pretty smooth sailing thanks to the efforts of Michael and Margot.
