What I really liked about Michael is that he listened carefully then expressed exactly how he thought the situation was. He didn't sugarcoat the facts just to get me to sign on. He provided me with facts, the positives and the negatives about my property. I felt like he had my back and offered me a strategy. I believe Michael is in touch with the local real estate market, with a finger on the pulse as to listings and sales taking place. He was very helpful in attending and setting up our property for the open houses. He worked well with the photographer on the morning of the photoshoot prior to the actual listing going public, contributing helpful ideas to bring out the features of our property. He advised on those little things we could do to best ready our property for viewing. Finally accommodating our ideas as to how we felt we would like to list.
