Michael lead us through the market, the marketing and understood the demographics extremely well. He told us what to expect and he was close. The potential buyers he brought were also of a high quality. He knows his stuff. He is extremely professional. Can't sell during COVID? Michael can, and you will be pleased.

Margot and Michael, Thanks so much again for achieving such a great result for me. You are such professionals and have great insight into what a vendor wants. Your sales and marketing skills are exceptional but you also go the extra mile. As for achieving desired results, you leave the other real estate agents lagging so far behind and probably still wondering what they are doing wrong – they just don’t compare to you both. Thanks again, Jenny

Margot and Micheal are very experienced property salespeople. As a family run business. They present in every open house throughout the property sales. I had so called professional and high profile agents from other real estate. But they weren't honous enough. Am very impress with both Margot and Michael for their assistance.

Michael ably managed my rental property, responding to any concerns. He made trades people available for any repair jobs needed, all of whom were professional and charged appropriate rates. He supplied regular reports on the property which included photographs. When i decided to sell the property I automatically chose Michael and Showcase Realty to do this. They were efficient and always available to answer my questions about the process. Their advertising was professional and my property was sold within a few weeks of being advertised.

We just completed our first home purchase with Michael in Carlingford area. The experience was just excellent, no matter what question(s) we had he was always ready with answers, he guided us throughout the process, told us about the area the pros and cons. The first thing that strikes about Michael is his calm demeanour which takes out a lot of nerves out of the equation. He was super prompt to respond, always helped both parties to get the desired outcome and acted as a super conduit between us. If you are looking for a property in and around Carlingford I am sure Michael would be your best point of contact.

In 2002 I purchased my unit in Carlingford from Margot Bratolli/ Showcase. I was in good hands and the whole process was effortless and handled efficiently , committed and in such a reassuring, friendly and professional manner. I have just sold, in one open house, with both Margot and Michael Bratolli in the same way as my purchase. Absolutely fantastic. I will not be buying in this area again but if I did they would be my agency wthout hesitation and with full confidence. Everyone from the office staff, photographer and recommended cleaner have been fantastic. Agency of the Year very deservedly achieved. Thank you Margot, Michael and staff. 😀😘👌
