We would like to thank Margot and Michael and all the team at Showcase Realty involved with the sale of our mother’s Carlingford property. Showcase assisted us in preparing the house for sale without needless expenditure and provided advice on how best to market the property. Residing interstate we really appreciated inspection and marketing updates emailed by Sales Administrator, Christa Jong. These updates enabled us to gauge weekly interest in a cooling Sydney market. We soon discovered too that Michael and Margot worked all hours which was most evident when we received an offer for our property on a Friday evening just two days before Christmas. They also provided access to the buyer for various viewings outside the normal inspection times, including a pre-settlement inspection on a Sunday – normally their only day off! As a deceased estate, the process of selling the property also involved liaison by Showcase with our lawyers regarding Probate.
