Pleasantly Surprised
Firstly, dont rule out a top realtor simply because of costs. Brent, definitely showed us it was never about the money. His character is very professional and knows how to negotiate for his buyers. Through the whole process we had presented a few challenges but Brent reassured our faith and keep the ball rolling. In which he showed respect and much patience. Brent, regardless of time or issues he was always very responsive to our calls. Would thoroughly recommend Brent and his team. Thanks again for all your efforts. Excellent Agent and great guy!
Julian contacted me regularly over 2 years to see when we would be thinking of selling . As we were waiting for building a new house , it took that long. When it came time to sell , we had a meeting , worked out strategies and a plan was formed . At no time was there any pressure put on us. Julian is such a pleasant man who was willing to go the extra mile. He reassured us every step of the way through the process .
