We've never dealt with an agent even close to the ability & positive attitude of Richard & Sam

We engaged Richard and Samantha to sell our waterfront property at 37 Carrington Avenue Mosman, where we have lived the dream for 30 years. We knew Richard as a waterfront expert and an agent who always fought to achieve the best results for his vendors. We have sold several properties over the years and have never dealt with an agent even close to the ability and positive attitude of Richard and his team. We had a few strong buyers with whom we came to agreement, thanks to Richard cleverly satisfying their individual concerns and technical requirements. Behind all of this, we were selling in a tough real estate market, partially due to activities of ‘Trump’ creating economic unrest. At no time did Richard attempt to accept buyer interest below what he believed and defended as a proper price. In the end, he successfully negotiated to raise the sale price from all offers, to achieve a street record price and favourable settlement terms for us. No job or problem was too hard for Richard and Samantha. They are a standout sales team backed up efficiently by Melody. We can’t recommend them highly enough to all potential sellers.
