From the moment we first met with Phil, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He offered valued feedback regarding our home and he helped us make the right decision in terms of what we should do next. Once we signed an agency agreement, within 3 days we had a contract of sale, a time line of open homes and the date of the auction. On the day of the photo shoot, everything went smooth and professional. Phil was constantly ensuring the photographer was capturing all the positive aspects of our home. The marketing campaign for our home was so professional, we were impressed with the way that the brochures were completed, the wording of the ad, and the way that our home was talked about on social media. On the day of the auction, Phil made us feel calm and ensured us that he will work with the auctioneer so that we will get the best result. The service that was provided to us was second to none. It was fantastic. Honestly speaking, we can’t fault anything that Phil did. He honestly made us feel so comfortable about the process and so happy about the outcome.
