My wife and I have been looking for our first property for the last 5 months. It was a stressful experience as we felt pressures regarding deadlines for our pre approval. Every week there was more and new information to digest regarding our decision with purchasing our first property. We were lucky to find a property that Daniel was handling. He was very helpful during our 2 inspections. Daniel was also very accommodating with his time when we hired an independent building inspection and 2 valuations of the property. We had some slight hiccups along the way with changing banks last minute, but Daniels calm demeanor reassured us that everything would be okay. Daniel would call us from time to time to check up on our progress and he was very pleasant to talk to despite the fact that we would call him out of business hours. Overall a first purchase of any property can be a stressful time for any couple, but Daniel was able to reduce a lot of this stress by always coordinating with us with any updates and communicating with our solicitor and mortgage broker. My wife and I are really happy with our first home purchase experience.
