We engaged Phil to sell our house, this was our first house we have owned so the process was intimidating. Phil has a very calming personality and was a real pleasure to deal with. He has great communication skills and if we didnt understand anything during the process he was more than happy to talk us through things which was very comforting. His knowledge of the real estate industry is extremely good and always gave us sound advice.
