We originally reached out to Natalie about a property we saw online and she was quick to get back to us. She spoke to us about that property and offered a few other options and we settled on coming to see two. After looking at many different properties and speaking to many different agents, working with Natalie was a breath of fresh air. She quickly gained a good understanding of what we were looking for, was very honest about the properties we enquired about and didn't try to sell us something we didn't need / want. The properties were also as described / sold online and by her over the phone. We knew we wanted a turn-key investment property and after being let down by viewing a multitude of homes presented by other agents with excessively photoshopped display pictures and overly inflated descriptions, it was refreshing to walk into a house that was what we expected. When we are looking for another property on the Sunshine Coast and if we do ever end up selling, we wouldn't hesitate to work with Natalie and Mitch again.
