And when sale failed to meet vendor's expectation due to unforeseen circumstances, not many agents willing to take the extra steps to help their vendor. Stephen and his team took very good care of our rental property process and when we were selling, Sinova of course came as our first choice of agent. When you are engaging a property agent to handle a sale process, you would want them to work with you and protect your interests as a seller. Stephen definitely aced everything, he is open and transparent with managing expectations. He won't promise heaven and earth nor engage in pushy sales just to grab your business. Instead, he brings you down to reality, does his market research thoroughly and gives you a realistic sale range (which was spot on later in the sales). The overall experience was excellent. Stephen would always keep us informed of any issues or costs involved before arranging any services eg mowing the lawn or getting the house ready up. (similar with the rental, Sinova do not overcharge landlords with maintenance costs and their vendors are often prompt and helpful) At the end of the day, when you are talking about expected sales proceeds, you would want to engage a trustworthy agent, someone who will go above and beyond in working with prospective buyers, someone whom is able to shortlist potential buyers, someone who treat you as a mate and not a cash-cow. Besides, number speaks. Property was rented within 8 days of listing, second rental was done deal in 10 days after listing. And this sale was gone before we even know it!
