Gets the results he promises and more!

After an unsuccessful 3 month campaign with another agent trying to sell 4 x bespoke brand new townhouses, we decided to engage Jarrod and Doris from Sinova, as we had seen them sell multiple townhouses in the same suburb in the time that we had watched ours sit without any interest. They came across as professional and confident, without being arrogant, and seemed to know their target demographic. On their advice, we refreshed the listing with renewed styling and new pictures. The new campaign went live on the 18th of Dec. which was not the best time by any standards and we didn't expect much action until Feb 21 at the earliest. To our surprise, Jarrod got us 2 x offers, one on the 29th of Dec. and another on the 2nd of Jan! From there on, every weekend there was at least one offer, if not more, until 3 houses were under contract before the end of January and the 4th one in late Feb.! Where the previous agent had struggled to get a single offer in 3 months in what was quintessentially a hot market, Jarrod and Doris were able to sell all four in under 2 months, for the money we wanted, especially in the quiet period of Dec-Jan. This speaks volumes about their capabilities and acumen in being able to read and identify serious buyers in a sea of time-wasters and dreamers.
