When I was first looking at changing leasing agents in Dubbo I went on the major apps and compared ads for properties up for rent. None of the other companies even came close to the quality and attention to detail of the ads put out by SJ. And it was surprising to see such a huge difference in quality as there are a few Australian wide well known brand name franchises in Dubbo, but they didn't even hold a candle to SJ. Moving over to them was an easy choice but, they not only look good, they perform spectacular as well. They got me awesome tenants in a weeks time and helped me through a major bathroom renovation. They are responsive to maintenance requests and helpful with pricing. When the market got hot, I decided it was time to sell my property and wow. I achieved $130,000 more than the highest offer I had through an unsuccessful campaign through another agent 2 years prior. I had an offer within hours of the listing and I just sat back and let Samuel work his magic and achieve results that were mountains above my expectations. If I ever invest in the Dubbo region and surrounds again I am definitely going back to SJ for all my real estate needs.

My husband and I have had the pleasure of buying a home through SJ Shooter Real Estate in Dubbo. I must say, it has been one of the most enjoyable purchases that we've made in a very long time. We have over the the years, purchased several properties, built homes and renovated, yet I have to say that I'm impressed with Samuel Shooter's 3-D imaging. One of the first in the central west. Looking to shop on the SJ Shooters website, has been amazing during the Covid 19 times, I love looking through the 3-D imaging to plan where my furniture will go. I adore the clean crisp website which made it very easy to look through the properties that are available. Samuel and his team are all very professional and super friendly, highly communicative and made easy work of negotiations. We have immensely enjoyed the experience and are currently selling another home with SJ Shooters. The filming and photography has been absolutely beyond my expectations. The wealth of knowledge and the guidance has been extremely appreciated. We are so lucky to have this outstanding business in the Dubbo district. Where to start, as soon as I knew it was time to sell our first house Samuel was the first one to call! Samuel was straight up, professional and to the point about taking our biggest asset and looking after it for us and was very knowledgeable about the real estate market, especially the crazy market times right now. Samuel came after work one day and had a meeting with myself and FaceTimed my husband into the meeting to tell us how SJ Shooter does business and stands out from rest, we were very impressed with the pitch. Our house sold without going to market or needing to have photos taken as Samuel has clients lined up ready to go. Samuel managed to get us $15,000 above asking price and we couldn’t be happier!
