I recently sold my property with the help of Samuel Shooter and his team and the whole process was smooth, made easy for me and I had lots of communication throughout from his team. I am currently living overseas and SJ Shooter have been managing my property the last few years, after I was disappointed by another local agent. From setting up a zoom when I was in Kenya for what works would be required for better rental prospects, to updating us after every sales inspection even when we were still overseas. The price Samuel achieved was in line with the expectations he had suggested, which had surprised me initially as being higher than I was expecting. And Samuel was able to help organize a few extra requests from the buyer, as well as suggesting a local lawyer who could help me with the sale as well.
