Samantha kept the whole process smooth and we were kept well informed.

Samantha was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about the market in our area. Her advice on pricing was spot on and despite the war in Iran, interest rate hikes, and high fuel prices, our property sold at a higher than expected price. Offer for over $200k more than we'd been told to expect by that earlier agent!

We recently sold our home with Sam and couldn't be more thrilled with how everything went. She was so great to deal with and truly knows the Tamborine market. She was proactive in getting buyers through before our first open home, and after just one official open, we were under contract at a price above our asking price. We had previously spoken to another agent who tried to lower our expectations significantly, but Sam gave us confidence from day one - and she absolutely delivered. We ended up accepting an offer for over $200k more than we'd been told to expect by that earlier agent. Sam guided us through the whole process and made it feel easy, which I really appreciated given how intimidating selling felt at the start. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell!
