Riza and Fayez are what people want in an agent but never get, they are a great team and true gem to deal with. I had the pleasure of dealing with Riza for the sale of my property. Completely professional in his approach he is, at the same time, extremely friendly and down to earth when dealing with his clients. He instils that reassurance in people that they know they are in good hands and not for the sake of false hope or empty promises. He delivers on his commitments and never beats around the bush; he is honest,upfront and realistic so you are not wasting time chasing an unattainable price for your property. He just wants to get the job done quick, because he understands more time costs more money and causes more stress. My property was on the market barely a week before it sold.
