Stuart managed the sale of our house in Frenchs Forest. We interviewed a lot of agents and he was by far the nicest, most straightforward and (seemingly!) honest. He knows the Northern Beaches markets, particularly Frenchs Forest, extremely well and had a lot of potential purchasers even before we put it onto the market. Once the campaign started, he was always good and thorough with communication, and even the difficult discussion regarding dropping asking price due to the rush of similar houses in the area on the market was done in a warm way. It turned out to be an excellent decision as it generated the extra interest we needed. In the run up to auction day Stuart was very patient going through all the options, strategies and potential outcomes with us. All in all, a great experience. I would recommend Stuart very highly.

We had known Stuart for many years and had deliberated for many years about selling our house. Stuart was always available to talk about what was happening in the market and was encouraging and open with both our concerns and possibilities for our house and the timing of everything. Stuart even gave some great ideas about what we should major on with the sale and also what we should minor on. Vendors often think very differently to buyers and he kept us on track with our concerns and expectations. We believe one significant contribution of Stuarts regarding some renovation work boosted the final sale price.
