Ika was an excellent agent and I just love her energy. She made the purchase possible and she was very persuasive in fulfilling all the requests. Even though usually she works 9-5 but she goes beyond those time to help me with this purchase and answering all of my calls outside the work hours. She was awesome agent to work with where she kept me informed and held my hand through out the whole purchase. She was always punctual and always delivered what she promised and more .
