As you may expect, we receive hundreds of calls every day. Our team are often out of the office with clients or at inspections.
We do ask that all callers always leave a voice message - we have a committment to returning calls for all messages within 24 business hours.
We also note that for probity and recording purposes, all maintenance requests should also be reported in writing in order to ensure the quickest appropriate response. This preference is outlined to all new tenants in our tenancy handover induction meeting.
