Hannah has a natural ability in outstanding customer service and is an integral part of the business. Hannah works exceptionally well with our owners, potential and existing tenants as well as managing our leasing department and attending to all incoming inquiries. We look forward to when Hannah makes the leap into Property Management as her experience in Real Estate grows. Irene has been with Smart Rentals for more than 3 years and is our Customer Service champion. She has an in-depth knowledge of all of the systems and processes within the business and is our go to for training and quality assurance. Irene helps both our clients and the team by navigating through different property management tasks. Her happy nature and proactive, helpful attitude Make Irene a very valuable member of our team. About Judi

Being a property owner and a property investor herself, Judi understands the mechanics of property ownership and associated issues faced by investors. It is this personal knowledge combined with her broad professional experiences that allows her to truly maximise our client’s needs while providing real support and genuine interest in their circumstances. When not in the office, Judi enjoys getting creative and losing herself in cooking or painting, also loves taking her adorable Italian Greyhounds to the park for “zoomies”.

Hello – I’m a long-term local who has worked in the Townsville property industry for 20 years, for many of these as a partner in one of the larger property management businesses in the region. Over the years I watched the needs of owners and tenants evolve significantly. Unfortunately, in my view, the bulk of the Real Estate Industry hasn’t changed to meet those needs. So I decided to stop watching and actually do something about it. I formed Smart Rentals Townsville in July 2015 to break free of outdated ways of thinking and champion change within the property management industry. Our business is based on a culture of customer service and communication. We are committed to continual improvement, and we’re keen to hear your opinions. Bree and the team are always happy to help. They made the process quick, simple and seamless. We told them what we needed in a house and they gave us options and we had an approval fast. Signing documents and how to make payments and when was clear. They were also happy to answer any questions or concerns we had.

Service at its absolute greatest!

After three years as a tenant I can honestly say this was one of the smoothest and most pleasant renting experiences I’ve had. The landlord and property managers are genuinely caring and go above and beyond. The rental team is consistently present and easy to deal with whenever anything came up. Maintenance was always handled quickly. Issues were sorted fast and without any fuss, that made a huge difference day to day. You always felt like someone actually had your back. The whole tenancy was easy going from start to finish. No hiccups Clear communication and a real sense that they looked out for their tenants as people. Absolutely brilliant experience and I’d happily rent through them again without hesitation.
