Disappointing.
Signed a lease for the property on the 4th of November. Took possession on the property 2nd of December. Still waiting on a full set of keys for myself and my children and have not been added to the gate/intercom system as at the 19th of December. The Smart Rentals office sent out an email informing the tenants that the office would be closing early for Christmas at 1.30pm on the 19th of the 12th. Phones have already been turned off at 11.45.

Hi Shane,
To clarify, we have provided two full sets of apartment keys. The additional security keys and gate/intercom access are controlled by the building’s body corporate rather than our office. We submitted the request for an extra set of keys and the addition of your children to the gate/intercom system and have been following this up on your behalf.
We sincerely apologise for the delay, which is unfortunately outside of our direct control. Please be assured we will continue to pursue this with urgency and keep you updated until it is resolved.
