I’ can honestly say I’ve had nothing but the bet experience with “Smart Solutions”. I’ve been in the property market for over 20years as a landlord. As a landlord I’ve had some poor experience such as realestate agents not caring about the home and nor following up on Maintenace. I would recommend this company to anyone. Having been a landlord for over 15 years, we are glad we found SSPM. The care factor is second to none. We are always kept in the loop and have good communication about everything related to our properties. They understand and work with you with any concerns. I feel any landlord who think ‘all agents are the same and nobody can be better’, need to give Smart solutions a go and I am sure you will be pleasantly surprised like us. We started with one but now have brought our other 2 investment properties for them to manage. Greg is brilliant!

Greg has been my agent for many years, I have enjoyed and decided to stay with him because he cared for my property like it is his, he gives a lot of attention to detail during routine, entry and exit inspection, is transparent, is a great communicator and has excellent inter-personal skills which are great when it came to resolving challenging issues. I have seen him make decisions based on integrity and transparency. He is so competent that people are approaching him for his services.
