Excellent knowledge of the market. Friendly, genuine and obviously enjoys the industry. Made the selling process easy. Literally a one stop shop in preparing the house for market because of his contact with tradesmen to fix and prepare the house to have it looking it’s best. Contacting tradesmen for quotes and to get the job done would have been incredibly time consuming if I did this myself. Plenty of communication along the way and in the end got a fantastic outcome with the sale.

Len was punctual and had very good knowledge of the Salisbury Heights area. I was the first person in at the opening, went out of his way to text me instead of voice calling as I do night shift work, which was awesome, has good reviews for a reason 👍 11/10 extra points for looks.
