Michael made out first home buying experience simple, positive, exciting and overall amazing! Michael’s commitment and persistence was evident throughout the whole process and he advocated for my partner and I without hesitation. The house Michael helped us buy, which we now call home, is our most favourite place to be!! Thanks once again Michael.

Thanks to Michael and Pamela. With all the issues we had in the back ground. Michael was up to the challenge and we were able to get through them. With out there guidance we would not have got the price we had got. They kept us up to date where ever possible. They were wonderful all the way though. They are a wonderful team. We recommend them. Thank you so much.

As a first home buyer, in the current housing market, the prospect of purchasing a home had been daunting and unfamiliar territory. Ryan, and his friendly team at Smith Partners, made the transition throughout the process of putting an offer in/cooling off/settlement seamless. Ryan had provided reassurance with his cool, confident and informative approach to communication. Ryan and the team had been organised and very responsive to phone contact. Would highly recommend as an agent.

Michael is everything you want is an agent; real, honest, hard-working, people-person and will go hard to advocate your needs. He was beyond kind and helpful, giving me advice well after the sale of the house. His ability to get the best price for you is a testimony to his experience. I cannot recommend him enough!!!

Would highly recommend Michael & Pamela, they were both a pleasure to deal with, selling a home is stressful but they made it so easy, they were professional and knew exactly how to market the home. They went above and beyond to help get the house ready, from calling painters to arranging furniture. They kept me in the loop through the entire process, nothing was to hard for them! Can not thank them enough, would certainly use them again.

Following the Death of my Father his house needed to be sold, with all that was happening round me I needed a real estate professional that would not just be able to sell the house but had the empathy to understand the sensitivity around it. Michael and Pamela not only understood the situation but were consummate professionals in their area of expertise. Their knowledge of the local market, including managing our expectations and communication is nothing but exceptional. Thank you Both
