This is the second time within two years that Pamela Barrington has sold a home for us in Craigmore. On both occasions the properties were sold above our expected price. The last being sold on the first open. We wanted an agent we could work with. An agent whom was working for us and not just themselves. We would highly recommend Pamela and will no doubt at some stage in the future, call on her expertise again.

Dear Pamela and Michael Thank you very much for all of your hard work and the help you both gave me in selling my house at 7 South Court Redwood Park. Your professionalism and approachability has made what could have been a stressful and emotional experience both to me and my family, an enjoyable one. My family and I have no hesitation in recommending you both to friends and relatives and once again thank you for all your help Best Regards Faith and Family

Ryan is very knowledgeable and very efficient A good talker. Fast talker. Sometimes too fast, often we didn't get a chance to get a word in. Overall we were very pleased with the outcome selling at first open inspection.

We had an extremely friendly, but professional experience with Ryan Smith. His knowledge of the current market, enthusiasm and eagerness to assist with any task made the whole experience as a vendor easy. Selling a home is a stressful time, but with Ryan Smith and his team it was made easy.

Ryan was very professional in all his dealings with us from the start to the finish. The preparation for and the sales campaign went very smoothly. The result was achieved very quickly. His staff, especially his offsider was very good. Ryan was also of great help with the pricing of the house we purchased. We would highly recommend him to everyone.

After having a not so great experience in the past with another realestate company (when I bought my 1st home) I was amazed by Smith and Partners professionalism and service. Ryan and Josh were amazing! They sold my property on the 1st open for more than we expected but only hoped for. Ryan is organised, friendly and extremely helpful- even after our settlement still answering questions and promptly- great after service! We also bought a house from Ryan and he made it so easy and straight forward lining up settlements and organising arrangements to ensure it was ran smoothly. His knowledge, skills and friendliness are his asset! To Ryan, Josh and the team at Smith and Partners thank you for helping us make our dream a reality!

Ryan or Josh were always available to answer any queries I had. I was kept up to date with when inspections were being held and given regular honest feedback. I dealt with several other employees from Smith Partners and all were friendly and helpful. I was never made to feel as if anything was too much trouble for them. Ryan & Josh were always encouraging when I was doubting if my house would sell insisting that it would sell! And they were right! I had listed my house with another agent prior to Ryan and my only regret is not listing with Smith Partners from the beginning.

Selling a house can be a stressful time, Ryan and his excellent staff took out the worry of it all by providing us with an excellent service. Ryan’s knowledge of the area, marketing strategies etc is second to none. We had one open with over 40 parties through, 9 returned for a second viewing and we received six offers all well above what we actually expected eventuate great in the sale from one open. The state Timon to detail that Ryan and his team applies is amazing and seriously folks if you are selling a property in the north eastern suburbs and not using Ryan Smith you are probably doing yourself and your property and injustice. If you want a no nonsense and honest approach to selling your property you cannot go past these guys. I am more than happy to discuss further with people that are interested in using Ryan Smith because I cannot sing their praises high enough. Contact the office for my details, many thanks Ryan Smith and staff for your efforts. Pete & Arlene Cmiel
