Ryan and staff excellent to work with
Ryan always takes his potential buyers seriously and works with them to achieve the best possible outcome. His assistant Emma was friendly, approachable and assisted in a timely manner with any questions raised. Would recommend Ryan and his staff to assist any needs in real estate.

What a relief.....!!!!
After months of preparation and a sense of trepidation we were greatly relieved when we made the decision to go with Smith Partners. Ryan and his team made the whole process very comfortable, the fact that Ryan managed to sell a difficult property in a short period of time meant that David a I could finally move on to the next phase of our lives. Definitely one of the better/best agents we have dealt with!
House sold itself in Wynn Vale but Ryan was very good with returning and answering calls and being clear about how everything works, unlike so many agents we dealt with previously!

Very professionally approachable!!
We chose Ryan Smith after our initial meeting with him. He saw us and our house and gave us a brief overview of how he works. He was very friendly and advised steps to take to make the house up to scratch for sale. If we didn't know where to turn he had professional contacts we could use, if we wished. Once ready and with much patience, Ryan once again received a call from us and went ahead with the sale. We were most impressed with his services.
