I wish there were more "stars" to give to Scott and his team. Photos on Wednesday, edited & on the Real Estate Internet sites on Friday, 13 groups through our house on Saturday (in the rain), 2 offers, neither accepted, higher offers on Monday (this time the figure we were looking for), Contracts exchanged on Thursday and the highest ever result for our street!!! What a wonderful sale!!!. I cannot praise Scott's professionalism and his communication skills highly enough. At all times we were informed of every thing that was happening and we felt that he really cared about us as his clients. Thank you Scott.

WE recently purchased a property where Scott was the Selling Agent. We found Scott friendly and helpful to us from the first open house. Scott was honest in his negotiations with us while always representing his clients' best interest ultimately coming to a mutual agreement with the vendor for a good price. As the buyers, we were "wooed" by Scott to love the house and happy to pay the higher end of the market price range. We were impressed with Scotts communication with us throughout the negotiation and his willingness to explain the process and legalities.
