James and the team at Smyth Estate Agents were brilliant from the word go. When the time came for me to need to sell my unit, I lived on the other side of Sydney and was (very) occupied looking after my son on maternity leave. James and his team have managed a property for us for some years. The service has been exceptional. Recently our tenant expressed an interest in buying the property. James immediately sprung into action. He met the tenant face to face to determine if she was ready to proceed. 3 days later she had agreed a price which broke the building record. Contracts were quickly exchanged. James had a clear strategy for negotiating with the tenant and it was superbly executed. We were kept informed throughout the process.
