A delightful professional
We had been in the house for over ten years, so the idea of selling was a challenge. Louise worked with us from the time we first considered selling, through to exchange of contract. She advised on when to take the property to market and the preparation for our first open for inspection. At all times Louise was calm diligent and professional. A great ambassador for our property. I am happy to act as a referee for Louise.

The complete real estate professional
A successful property sale has four components: (1) making sure the property presents in its best light before the marketing starts; (2) marketing to the target market; (3) professional inspections and follow up; (4) competitive auction. Louise was excellent in all four, culminating in an outstanding auction with more than 40 bids and a great price. Well worth her commission. You won't do better.

An incredibly positive experience
Louise assisted us with the purchase of a property in the Redfern area. Being from Melbourne, we were unfamiliar with different regulations in NSW. From the moment we walked in to inspect the property we subsequently purchased, Louise put us at ease. We have bought and sold several houses in the past and I would have to say that this was one of the most positive experiences I have had. Louise was very professional, open and honest and helpfully provided all the information we needed to make an informed decision. I felt that our needs were prioritised at all times and in fact, I remarked to my husband about how friendly, thoughtful and caring Louise was even though she had only just met us. I would have no hesitation in recommending Louise's services to anyone buying or selling a home and would certainly use her services again in the future.

Louise was excellent in every way.
Louise was a pleasure to work with, her knowledge and professionalism are excellent. She not only sold my unit but was an enormous help with my purchase. At all times I was kept completely up to date with what was happening and she took a lot of the stress out of the process of selling. I would certainly recommend her highly to anyone.

First class operator
Louise was the selling agent on the home I recently purchased. She was a pleasure to work with, knew everything about the home i was buying and no request was too much trouble. Her empathetic nature also meant that the negotiation process was professional and pleasant, always moved forward and was never difficult. I would definitely recommend Louise.

Louise is amazing
I thoroughly recommend Louise! It was a hard time to sell an apartment during COVID but I am very happy with the result. Louise could not have been more professional, personable or helpful. She deals with every single person who walks through the door to view a property and is very thorough in following each one through in order to get the sale. I've dealt with lots of other agents whilst buying and Louise is so very different! She takes the time to get to know her seller and her buyer/s in order to make the process as easy as possible whilst also getting the result. Louise has been my agent on every property I have ever sold and she is great.
