We purchased crown land in 1986 and built our family home. Our sons grew up here and we hoped that a family similar to ours would purchase our dearly loved property. Patrick was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. He ensured that we had a private viewing of the property to enable us ample time to inspect the property properly with his full undivided attention. Patrick communicated extremely well with us every step of the way and when some unfortunate issues arose about the property they were dealt with amicably and in a timely manner. He had very good knowledge of the area and reputable service providers that were able to assist with our enquiries in order to reach a resolution.
