Mel at Social Realty is an outstanding example of investment property management. I was not particularly happy with our existing property manager and when I found out that Mel, whom I had worked with when she was with a previous agency, I jumped at the chance to have her involved in our Brisbane property. Mel is an expert in all aspects of managing properties, has excellent product knowledge, is amazingly responsive and a wonderful communicator. Five stars all round.

From the beginning steps during the appraisal meet and greet the high level of attention to detail from Andrew and Deanna were already impressive. A great team to deal with, Mel and Andrew. I was finding it challenging to get tenants into my property but with their guidance, I got tenants in there within a week of handing it over to them to manage my property. They are very passionate and understanding and readily available to talk to which I found very difficult with other of my property managers.
