A great agent who made our sale much easier and less stressful

Megan, for us, stands out from other agents with her warmth, her professionalism and good communication. We always felt that we knew what was going on, and Megan was super helpful with tips to help get the house ready and to get the best possible price. Presentation is everything. When considering offers, her experience showed. We never felt pressured, but rather she gave us good advice, and we felt the decision was still ours to make. We couldn't recommend her more highly.

Deanna was exceptional. With a great sales plan which worked perfectly.

My property was showing it's age and was the little the worse for wear. She was positive from the start and by the time she left had a plan of improvements, always with a nothing is a problem attitude. In terms of the marketing and sales plan. The property looked great after improvements and staging. The expressions of interest structure I believe got the best possible result in a hot market.
