It helps that Andrew and I share a South African heritage ( I can pronounce his surname properly), discussion was direct, he advised us not to sell last year, when he could have just taken the sale. This year we decided to go through with it. He detailed costs, saved us having to fully market and dealt with our tenants and letting agents. In fact the only input required of me was to sign off on the paperwork once the sale was established. All the way through he kept us updated. Professional and friendly. I would absolutely use his services again. Husband John totally agrees. The only gripe-he's not in Sydney!
