Since 1999, I have been supporting and educating Perth landlords with their investment properties. Our portfolio extends through the Perth metro area with a special focus on the South Perth and surrounding areas. SOCO was created in 2006 as a family business that offers bespoke management solutions for landlords that want a full management service or private landlords that need some extra support. My team stays up to date with modern techniques that create an efficient experience for you. In addition, we are a full serviced real estate agency that can also help you with selling, strata, finance and commercial property. In 2017 I was fortunate enough to be part of Transform Masters with Elite Agent Magazine and have been trained by some of the best in the industry in real estate, business, people & culture Investor Concierge began in 2019 and provides free education and support to the Perth private landlord community.

Founded in 2006 by Ashleigh Goodchild and Bill McKenzie, what started as a two-person operation has grown into a team of more than 20 experienced professionals who share the same commitment to raising the standard in the real estate industry. Experienced and professional

I have been very happy with the management of my rental property by the SOCO team. The marketing resulted in great tenants. The online accounts are very easy to use and they communicate promptly with any issues or to my enquiries. They have excellent connections to reliable tradesmen if any issues or maintenance is required. I am happy to recommend SOCO to take the stress out of property management.
