Honest, polite and no pressure
I want to buy a property for investment and then I might live in there in the future. I know what I want to buy and I have my own finacial arrangement for that. I appreciate him for not pushing too hard, and just give me all the details I want to know about the property. So, I am satified with his work for the deal of the purchase

Friendly, professional and efficient

Set your mind at ease
Benedict worked hard to sell my property without needing much time and effort from myself, saving me from dealing with lots of small headaches and issues that comes up. One stop shop with full range of service including renovation, marketing, staging and repairs all managed and done with just him as the contact. As I was the seller, he was very good at getting the buyers to raise their initial offer price.
