I had so many agents constantly ringing me to ask when I was selling that I should use them - doing their jobs yes.. but they couldn't shine next to Keryn. I was going to interview 2 agents but after meeting Keryn and she spent 2 hours explaining everything to me - I cancelled the second agent. Her genuine care of how the move would be for me shone through in every aspect of the process and then when it came to the actual negotiation, my sale price was way over what I expected.. she was so respectful through the whole process not only to me but all the buyers. I cannot recommend her highly enough. At my age, people can be dismissive or condescending.. Keryn is just so genuine and it shows in her conduct. I wish I had more properties to sell with her!

We chose Keryn after interviewing a few independent agents. What won us over about SOLD property was their marketing campaign came with unlimited use of Keryns styling resources at no extra cost unless we hired a stylist. Because my partner had an eye for styling, this reduced our overheads for marketing by $3000, the average cost for a stylist. While we were selling and potentially house hunting through SOLD, Keryn responded to all calls and tried to always answer the first time. She was honest and upfront especially since we asked for that from her which allowed us to get the honest opinion of what to fix and finish before photos and open homes. She kept an eye on the local market and was strategic in her placement of the open homes on the weekends. Keryn was extremely professional when discussing all matters to do with real estate and was incredibly knowledgeable in this market. She told us what the property was worth, her strategy made more sense than others for our situation and we got exactly the result she told us we would. The marketing material Keryn left behind was impressive compared to others and some of the ideas she came up with for the sale helped us achieve our goal.
