Travelling from Melbourne to look for properties was stressful enough and we were not looking forward to the unknown of looking for a property to purchase in QLD. Keryn was a Godsend. Not only did she have unlimited helpful and informative information about the surrounding area, schools etc she also brought toys for our baby to play with and watched him while we viewed the property. She never once pressured us or gave us the "hard-sell" and I felt she was working with a genuine quality I have never come across in a Sales Rep before. I could always contact her and she kept in touch through out the settlement process and was still going out of way even after the purchase to assist our queries. Neither my husband or I had ever sold before and felt really nervous and anxious, Keryn when contacted had done her homework on the area and the market. All information was well presented, easy to read and Keryn spent the time going through everything. Keryn also kept in contact throughout the whole process and kept us informed. Keryn also spent time going through the house and made suggestions for improvements to get the house ready for sale and inspection. Although time consuming and annoying we did everything that Keryn asked and the results speak for themselves. Our house was on the market less than 24 hours when Keryn recieved 2 requests for viewing before open house. This resulted in 2 offers and one of these signed a contract with a substantial deposit & all by day 3 of being on the market. SOLD what a ride and it was easy. Keryn was also helpful in our questions about purchasing and provided information and advice which assisted us in our new purchase. Would highly recommend Keryn to anyone selling or buying, and would recommend adhering to any suggestions Keryn provides.
