Somerset Property Specialists

Melanie appreciates how selling a property is challenging for the seller and guided the whole process smoothly to get the right price on a signed contract. Yay. It isn’t over yet. Melanie kept us updated with what needed to happen next for it all to come together. So glad we had such great support. She thought of everything and was friendly and patient to get the job done. Very professional and knowledgeable about markets and property generally. Thank you Melanie

Melanie, was fantastic with the help she provided us in selling our home. Giving great and welcome advise. Making the whole process quick and easy. Melanie kept us well informed and updated on how the listing and sale was progressing. Very professional and knowledgeable. Mel took the time to explain how the market was doing at the time we put our property on the market. I highly recommend Melanie when buying or selling your next property.

Melanie was a great help with selling our property. As we are a long way from the property we relied on Melanie and her team to be our eyes and ears on the ground. Her support ensured we got what we were after. I would fully endorse using Melanie for all your real estate needs.
