Deciding to purchase a house in Atherton was a last minute decision as our daughter had to move out of her rented house and could not find another rental available in the area. After visiting every agent in Atherton enquiring about houses for sale, it was a breath of fresh air to walk into Sommerset Realty and meet with Raquel Cunzolo. She made us feel welcome and fully understood our position and respected our requirements and budget and did not try to show us homes that were outside these requirements. In the end we did find a very nice home with Raquel's assistance and could not have been any happier with her valuable knowledge of the area. She was in constant contact with us throughout the contract to settlement stage which made us feel right at home. And at the end once settlement had been finalised we walked into the home to find a lovely gift basket sitting on the kitchen bench from Raquel to congratulate us on our purchase, a very nice gesture to end the process and very much appreciated.

Raquel gave so much of her time in selling our business. We couldn’t believe it when she sat there for 3 hours while a client viewed and asked questions. 3 hours! There’s not many agents that would do that! And then they didn’t buy the place. Raquel has always been friendly, always smiling and never shied aware from answering a call. Always Kept us in the loop and we are so pleased. We’ll be using Raquel again on our next sale, this time it’ll be a house which is her specialty
