Knows the fnq market back to front. Knows how to patiently deal with the endless requests from her clients. Understands not just houses but has a great insight into the building industry in general which gives buyers greater trust. Makes herself very readily available for contact. She is always presentable and brings a very calm presence to the table in what can be a pressure filled time. She was a pleasure to deal with in general, would recommend her to anyone - she will be the first person we call when we need a realtors services in the future.

Buying a home in Tolga was a breeze with Raquel from Sommerset Realty. From our initial inspection Raquel was a delight to deal with and very easy to talk too. She knew the house and sellers well as she had sold it to them a few years ago. She kept touching base to ensure we were on the ball with our Building & Pest Inspections, and that all our ducks were lined up prior to settlement. Her communication with us was excellent. We contacted Raquel from Somerset Reality to sell our property. We wanted an agent that was local to the area and would work hard and fast to sell our home.
