From past experiences with Real Estate Agents I had a low opinion of them. But I must say Nathan was the opposite. He has a great personality and is determined to provide a better service and efficiency to his clients than they would receive elsewhere. He has an excellent team and I received messages at every step within minutes. The Open House launching was like something out of a movie, incredible signage, music and champagne for attendees, and it wasn't as if it was a high end expensive mansion for sale. He also knows the market well and knows what to do to to get the best results for his client! So my advice is - Don't bother ringing around, just list it with Soul Property.
