Reliable and trustworthy agent
Despite the slow market in the Victor Harbor council area, Brenton was able to find a vendor for our property. As the sale was subject to finance, Brenton kept us "in the loop" at all stages of development until the sale went through.

Friendly & Understanding
Brenton was very approachable and friendly to my family and I at the inspection, which enabled us to engage in great conversation regarding the apartment we wanted to buy and the reasons behind the purchase, Brenton wasn't just here for the sale, but for both the vendors and purchasers and ensuring that both parties we taken care of. He was very understanding of the changes and amendments that needed to be made during this process and was always ensuring that I was kept up to date with the progress. I would recommend Brenton to anyone looking to buy or invest as he really takes the time to understand your wants and needs with property and I would be looking to engage Brenton's services for our next purchase.

SELLING HOUSE MADE EASY
Overall it was an easy exercise to sell my house. As it was the first time I had sold a house Rob's knowledge both of the area and the paperwork needed was essential for me. He accepted that I wasn't prepared to make radical improvements given lack of finances. I would recommend South Coast Real Estate to others if the opportunity arose.

Review SC Realty
The property was well presented. Peter was on a conference at the time we called so had to make contact with the office. Angie his wife and also an agent handled our first inspection. Thanks to Angie's friendly but professional approach the deal was concluded before PETER came on the scene He did however oversee the contract process. It is difficult to rate PETER as it was mostly concluded by the time he entered the scene.
