We are pleased to have this opportunity of recording briefly, significant impressions gained from asking Mr Peter Hooper of South Coast Realty, to act as our Agent, for the purpose of placing our former house, located at Goolwa Beach, on the market for sale. Following a friendly and personable introduction when Peter met us for the first time on site, he proceeded to carry out a thorough inspection of the property, simultaneously making copious written notes. We felt this approach indicated a genuine interest in the property, which we considered vital, for effective subsequent marketing . Peter provided us with a clear explanation of the marketing process, tailored to our particular circumstances, including a well reasoned argument supporting the choice of price range for listing the property . Immediately after signing the Sales Agency Agreement, Peter made arrangements for an extensive selection of photographs to be taken, for incorporation along with suitable narrative, on two principle web sites, highlighting the property’s features most likely to appeal to buyers. We believe the high quality of the internet presentation was fundamental in creating buyer interest, eventually leading to a successfully negotiated contract of sale. Communication following each open inspection was prompt and candid, leaving us in no doubt about the realistic strength of demand, providing a sound basis for the most important vendor decisions regarding acceptance or rejection of offers. We trust we have advised Peter sufficiently how much we have appreciated his efforts and those of his staff members, towards efficient fulfilment of every aspect of our Agency Agreement with South Coast Realty. Ben and Rob Heaslip have been the best agents we have dealt with in their professionalism, honesty and communication with the vendor and purchaser. They facilitated the sale of our farming property without us having to worry about anything at all. The are genuinely great agents and were the most suited agents, local to the Fleurieu Peninsula. We are happy to have had an opportunity to deal with them as selling a property can be quite stressful.
